We understand planning a wedding / civil partnership is very time consuming and sometimes stressful – so Vivacious cakes endeavours to take the pressure off at least this one aspect of your big day!

Either by phone, email or in person the consultation allows us to gather information about your day – themes, design of invites, the dress / outfits, flowers, venue, time of year, etc. Nothing is set in stone so if your plans change so too can your cake – with a reasonable notice period - perhaps not the day before!

Whether your cake is just to give your friends and family something yummy, or to be a stunning centrepiece, or both – we will make your cake extra special!

You can contact us by filling in a enquiry form, calling, by email or facebook. If I am unavailable (or up to my elbows in fondant) I will get back to you asap so please leave your contact details.

No time is too soon to order, during peak seasons we can get booked up quickly and far in advance. As all of our cakes are baked and decorated fresh to order we ideally require a minimum of 2/3 days to prepare your order before the day of delivery/collection. However, we all leave things to the last minute so please feel free to call us with a last minute order and we will we try our best to accommodate you.

All of the cakes and decorations are hand made to order, using free range eggs and quality ingredients for delicious and virtuous cakes :) No additives, preservatives or cake mixes are used.

Dietary requirements

Please note, Vivacious cakes are made in an environment where nuts, dairy, wheat, soya, gluten and eggs are handled. Gluten and dairy free cakes are available on request. We can make all recipes without nuts and not use marzipan but we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not have been in contact with products that contain nuts.

All cakes can be collected or delivered to private or venue addresses on request, however please note delivery charges will be included out-with a certain distance.
